WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
The complex has:
7 geothermal pools, with different temperatures
Cold plunge
Sauna
Steam room
The setting is what really makes it special. The pools sit beside the Warrego River, surrounded by coolabah and eucalyptus trees, and there's something pretty special about relaxing in warm artesian water while looking out across the outback.
And if you visit later in the day, you can experience the springs beneath the big starry outback sky too! ✨
How hot are the pools?
The geothermal pools range from around 30°C to 40°C, so there's a good variety depending on whether you want a gentle soak or something much warmer. There's also a cold plunge if you're brave enough to go from hot to cold!
How much does it cost?
Current bathing prices are:
Adults: $45
Concession: $35
Children 3–15: $25
Infants 0–2: Free
Your bathing entry is an all-day pass, allowing you to come and go during the day and use the pools, sauna, steam room and relaxation room.

If you're travelling by motorhome or caravan, Cunnamulla Tourist Park offers powered and unpowered sites as well as cabins, and is close to town.

Cunnamulla Hot Springs is a little different from the coastal hot-spring experiences you might be used to. This is hot-spring soaking with an Australian outback feel.
