Overview

Nestled in the heart of West Sussex, Alexander House & Utopia Spa is a five-star countryside retreat known for its refined luxury, indulgent spa experiences, and idyllic English charm. With the recent launch of its new signature facial treatment - All About The Glow, the team wanted to spotlight this new offering alongside the broader sensory experience of the spa itself.

Objective

Alexander House needed an elevated video campaign to promote All About The Glow as a must-try treatment for guests seeking glow and luxury. The content had to do more than showcase the treatment, it needed to capture the atmosphere of Utopia Spa, from its stunning architecture to the indoor and outdoor wellness spaces, including hydrotherapy pools, private spas, saunas and steam rooms.

Impact

We delivered a lifestyle-driven hero video to anchor the spa section of the hotel’s website, showcasing the full Utopia Spa experience. In addition, we produced two 60-second cutdowns focused on the All About The Glow facial, crafted specifically for use upselling facilities in paid advertising, social campaigns, and targeted promotional efforts. The final content positioned All About The Glow as a must-try luxury treatment and helped elevate Alexander House & Utopia Spa as one of the UK’s premier wellness destinations.
